Honeywell comes from a long line of champions and is a champion producer herself. Her impressive heritage includes many outstanding herdsires. Her paternal grandsire is Jolimont 2 Peruvian Ivano, one of the most well-known studs in Canada. Ivano’s fleece was super dense and kept an exceptional characteristics retention with age. In fact, he had an incredible AFD of 25 at 12 years old! Ivano produced numerous show winners in Canada from white to black. This well-known Full Peruvian herdsire sadly passed away in 2007 making his rare lineage less accessible. Honeywell's maternal lineage includes legendary Chilean herdsires CR&R Hilaca Topgun 054K and Cava Isaila Valentino 507.
Offspring:
On 9/21/10, Honeywell had R&R-R ASTRO BOY 52X, a light brown male sired by R&R Oliver Twist. Astro Boy won 1st place at the 2012 Lloydminster Alpaca Showcase. He went on to win Reserve Color Champion and 1st place at the 2013 Lloydminster Alpaca Showcase.
On 7/31/2012, Honeywell gave us ESTATES HEATHER, a lovely light fawn female sired by Domino 58T. Domino comes from Canadian Judge Ruth Elvestad’s dynamic breeding program with emphasis on not only fineness, but density as well! He is descended from some of the most illustrious Canadian bloodlines, rare in the US.
On 4/29/2014, Honeywell presented us with ESTATES GOLDEN HOLDEN, a handsome dark fawn male sired by Ova Kiernan of St. Andrews. Kiernan just brought home his Third Get of Sire Blue Ribbon at the 2013 California Classic. Kiernan's offspring brought home the Produce of Dam and the Breeders Best Three at the same show. His offspring are all marked with excellent coverage and fleece character, extreme crimp and brightness along with the typical drop dead gorgeous head.
On 7/8/2015, Honeywell gave us ESTATES HARMONIC DO REY, a beautiful medium fawn female sired by Patagonia’s Vittorio. Vittorio's crias hit our show string in 2011, and several of his progeny have brought home championship banners and blue ribbons.
