I purchased Peruvian GreyMatter from Ann Baldwin two years ago, and I have been in love with him and everything he has produced at my farm ever since. When his full sister was offered for sale, how could I resist? Lyra is a full Peruvian, true black daughter of Lancaster. She has a strong, typey build and dense fleece - like GreyMatter's - only in solid jet black. Lancaster is an icon in the alpaca world producing more champion cria than can be counted! He was the MAPACA Herdsire of the Year, is a 6X Color Champion and also has several Get of Sire Awards. Both of Lyra's parents have produced champions.
