HIS CRIA CONTINUE TO WIN CHAMPIONSHIPS! A male offspring has won three Judge's Choice Awards this spring in three shows (including Level V!) Look at his offspring as you go thru the spring show circuits...including AOBA Nationals and Futurity! His grey offspring are spectacular enough for the Blue Ribbon at the prestigious AOBA Nationals and Futurity shows and have won multiple Color Champions again! Two grey offspring took BOTH COLOR AND RESERVE COLOR CHAMPION GREY FEMALES in a recent show! No other full Accoyos can boast this rare quality! Progeny Championships in white, fawn, brown, and greys! Sired by the now deceased El Nino (one of Accoyo Caligula's best offspring. El Nino was the 2004 AOBA Get of Sire, and was the 2005 Light Futurity Herdsire of the Year!). With El Nino's recent passing, Michelangelo has become one of his most prepotent progeny! To lose such a legendary macho in his prime makes the genetics of his top offspring even more critical to a well thought out serious breeding program. Michelangelo has that extremely dense fine high amplitude crimp, and an incredibly even "peach colored" fawn fleece. In late 2005 Dr. Norm Evans did a skin biopsy of this spectacular male, and he had a follicle density of an amazing 115 follicles/mm! (Post-calibration results were adjusted to 107 follicles/mm) His S/P ratio was an astounding 13.28/1! These are still unheard of statistics, and he PASSES THEM ON!

Description

Julianna is the product of an amazing pairing between a Hummingherd top production female, HummingHerd's Ariadne and the renown Accoyo Michelangelo - multi champion well known herdsire that currently has many champion offspring still winning in shows out there.... Ariadne was purchased the Lynn Edens of Little Creek Farm many years ago, and we all know how incredible Michelangelo was to our industry, you can read more about Julianna's sire under the 'sire' link above. Julianna's current claim to fame is density, and she packs a lot of fleece on her medium/large frame. Currently, for the 2016 EPD Database, Julianna ranks TOP 1% in EPD database for Fleece Weight, and top 11% for both AFD and Mean Curve. She adds to her accolades with a TOP 12% rank in %>30 microns for fiber stats. She was bred and found to be a tough girl to confirm a breeding on - she did deliver easily and unassisted her first cria in 2015 - a white female named 'Turtle Dove'. Turtle Dove went on to show and place at TxOLAN. Julianna is generally a slightly 'overconditioned' female and one of the stars of 'National Alpaca Farm Days'. She is friendly and engaging and easy to manage. We list Julianna with a disclosure: She seems to need supplemental vitamin B periodically. We will fully discuss and mentor anyone that is interested in her purchase on her history and the additional vitamins that we boost her with. She may be best at an experienced breeders farm. We are very happy to keep her producing here until that special breeder presents! If interested in this very special girl with great bloodline and fleece traits, just contact Wendy to discuss. 928-848-0267 cell/text
