Black Owl is now deceased, but will remain listed for reference purposes. We'd like to give special thanks to Nortex Alpcas and DG Alpacas for helping us through losing this girl and ensuring that her last cria excelled. She was truly a phenomenal producer and an overall exceptional animal. She was a true black girl with exquisite confirmation and a deep, black fleece. Even at an older age, she had that "eye-catching" look. She was a 6x banner winner and the producer of winning offspring. Her daughter, Wolf Den Night Owl, is a champion winner who has produced a champion as well. Black Owl's last cria is a beautiful, true black girl out of the banner winning Voo Doo Magic. This little girl is very special to us, and will remain in our foundation herd. Notable offspring: Wolf Den Night Owl - TB, 1x CC, 2x Blue Wolf Den Two Hawk - LF, 1x Blue

Description

Roux is exactly what we were hoping for! We purchased her dam heavily pregnant to a muli-champion male, and couldn't be more excited with the outcome. She was definitely worth the risk. Voo Doo Magic, Roux's sire, is a phenomenal true black male. He exhibits a stout frame and a very dense, fine, bright fleece. So far, he has earned 4 championships. Her dam, Black Owl, is a multi-champion herself and a proven producer of champion children and grandchildren. We get more excited about this girl everyday. She is extremely dense, bright, and soft - not to mention her stocky frame and super head. She's an awesome addition to our foundation herd for sure! She took 5th at Nationals in 2018. The judge said that out of the entire group, she was the one to watch! She was the youngest in her class by 5 months. We know she has some future wins ahead of her!
