Thank you to Diane Sheesley of Rainbow Mountain Alpacas for being a co-owner of this spectacular appy male! Fusion is now residing and standing stud at her farm in Punxsutawney, PA. We were excited to purchase this beautiful male from the well-respected grey suri breeding program at Shasta Springs Alpacas. Fusion is definitely "eye candy", and when you see him you will want to breed to him, too. He has a gentle nature, strong solid conformation, and exquisite appaloosa coloring. He continues to get darker and darker in coloration with each shearing like his sire, who is now a dark grey in color. He is a large, weighing in at 185 lbs. He was shorn at 1 year old, and his 1st fleece weighed 6 lbs. with a 3.4 lb blanket, and was 9" in length. It has been shown and won Reserve Champion Grey Suris at the 2012 Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show, the largest suri fleece show in the world! Diana Timmerman, AOA Fleece Judge for the Suri Network, commented that his "Fleece is showing good luster and softness for a grey." Fusion had 8 crias born in 2016, producing 4 males and 4 females, producing 75% appaloosas from a variety of color dams! Check out his crias: Kazmere (m, appy), JackKnife (m, appy), Harley Quinn (m, harlequin), Vanity (f, appy), Prismatic (f, appy), Quinn (m, solid color), Tootsie Pop (f, solid color), and Ebony's cria (f, appy). WRSR Zanzibar by Fusion, his latest 2022 appy cria is a beautiful harlequin appy male. Watch for him at the shows in 2023! Proven producer of fine greys

HHF Caezar's Topkapi

Topkapi, or "Kapi" as we call her, comes from a line that can produce beautiful grey suris. Topkapi's dam line is as strong as her sire line -- she is a NGG Caezar daughter, after all. Her maternal grand dam was one of the top 1996 Peruvian lottery import picks and has produced champion and show-winning offspring year after year, from light fawn to true black in color. Her dam, Victoriana's Aviva, was the 2003 Light Female Color Champion at the North American Alpaca Show. Hidden Hills Farm only showed Topkapi twice and she did well both times in tough competition. Her conformation is superb, bite is correct and her luster and fineness is top of the line. Her fleece resembles molten gold. Moreover, her regrowth fleece is beautifully relocked each and every year. Kapi's first cria by Toni's Peruvian Winchester was a 3X fleece champion, Winchester's Wild Rose Patches, a beautiful slick dark silver grey female with outstanding production traits. Her 2nd cria was WRSR Mercury Rising's Marauder, another Champion this time in a Rose Grey male, who has himself sired multiple fine fleeced grey offspring. Her 3rd cria is WRSR Manzanita by Mercury Rising who is light fawn, but produced an appaloosa rose grey male by grey Hidden Hills The Rifleman. Color abounds! Kapi has been held open the past few years as we have significantly cut back on our breeding program. She was bred to Fusion, our big spotted grey/brown appaloosa male in and produced a beautiful harlequin male cria, "Harley Quinn", in August 2016. We are very pleased with the results! Be sure to check out his listing on our website. Kapi is rebred to our Fusion son, WRSR Hot Spot for another spectacular appaloosa cria in 2021! Description

True Harlequin! Harley was born tipped in silver and beige, but with a dark underlying tone at the skin. He has gradually turned to a dark silver grey over the past 6 months, with the harlequin spots on his face and legs. His color is gorgeous along with his beautiful fleece. Harley has a great curious personality and is easy to handle. He is halter trained and ready for the show ring, and is our 2017 show string. His dam, "Kapi", is a wonderful mom and produce high luster crias with good fineness. She has already produced 2 multiple grey champions, Patches and Marauder, who both have gone on to produce grey offspring. She is currently being rebred to Fusion for a 2018 appy cria and is available for sale as a proven producer of appy/ harlequin and greys. Fusion, his sire, is a strong gentle male with a great personality. His spots are very distinct and bold, giving him a giraffe like appearance. You can best see his spots in his shorn photo on his page. His base color is medium silver grey, with med fawn spots. Fusion has produced 75% appy crias from a variety of dams, and we are learning each year how to reproduce the appy pattern. Fusion is closed to outside breedings, but you can purchase a female bred to him. Contact Patti at 443-740-4240 for more information or to schedule a visit.
