Interceptor is a super fleeced 1/4 Accoyo black male. He is one of the FINEST, CRIMPIEST, Black Herdsires we have seen to date! He is a son of the nationally known Dark Shaddow who was the Reserve Futurity dark herdsire of the year in 2006. Interceptor carries genes that include; Black, Gray, Fawn and White colors and a super fleece that has certainly proven its worth in the show ring. Interceptor's Dam, Platina De Peru is a fine gray female with a very tiny, fine-fleeced crimp which she passes on to her offspring. He has produced one of the nicest grey females, multi-Champion, 2X Judges Choice, Morning Sky's Paulina. With his very upright conformation, super crimpy fleece and dense coverage, Interceptor has won time and again in the show ring. He has passed is exceptional fleece traits onto his wonderful offspring including Sunset Hills Izzie and Sunset Hills Voyager. This is a wonderful opportunity for you to enrich your herd with some exceptional color genetics along with a fine crimped fleece. Peruvian, Chilean and Accoyo genetics, Interceptor has it all! Interceptor is proudly co-owned by Alpaca Palace, LLC and Santa's Alpaca Farm

"A Pleasure to Behold" Great Producer!

Alpaca Palace's First Lady

Conformationally correct, a pleasure to look at, has been the consistent comment from all judges for very "true to type" Alpaca Palace's First Lady. Very "boxy" frame and straight legs with excellent fleece coverage. Her fleece shows broad crimp pattern, dense yet fine, with excellent staple length. First Lady has done extremely well in the show ring receiving first place ribbons at the 2010 AOBA Nationals held in Fort Wayne, IN and 2010 PAOBA Breeders Showcase held in York, PA. We retired First Lady from the showring last fall as she entered breeding age. Alpaca Palace's First Lady was bred to our Alpaca Palace's Houdini and had a beautiful female cria (Brown) Alpaca Palace Houdini's Trixie. She is beautiful!!! Second cria with Houdini...."HOCUS POCUS!!!"...He's beautiful as well! She's a top producer for our farm! This year we are trying for a spectacular black...she is bred to our multi-champion Interceptor!
