"It's true, we sold Mile High Tahona's sire, El Nino's Golden Legend because we feel Tahona will carry on his legacy for our breeding program as well as yours. This male is young just two years of age and already has earned 11 Championships at highly respectable shows."- Sharon Loner, Mile High Alpacas. Mile High Tahona is everything we could ask for in a herdsire. We knew the first time we looked at him that we had to have him. His fleece is absolutely stunning, and his conformation is perfect. Tahona's pedigree speaks for itself. He is quite the gentleman, with a calm presence and an intelligence you can feel when he looks at you. Although Tahona is retired from halter shows to pursue his career as a herdsire, his fleeces are still winning top awards. Tahona has cria on the ground and they are better than we could have hoped. They all have his good bone density, outstanding fiber, outstanding conformation and beautiful face, as well as that little twinkle in their eyes that promises great things. Tahona is currently closed to outside breedings.

Description

Rebekah is special indeed. The last cria from River Valley Providence, I expect to see great things from her. She has wonderful fiber, great brightness, and loads of crimp, She is a well balanced strong girl with her mothers beautiful face. She has a sweet personality and learns things quickly. After a successful show career, Rebekah is now one of our foundation females. Rebekah has inherited Tahonas mother of pearl color, a stunning pinkish gold/ coral that has to been seen to really appreciate. Rebekah is currently bred to Columbine Ranch Donovan, a buttery feeling dense white male descendant of our beloved and much missed Chloe, for a 2019 cria. 2019: Rebekah delivered a bright white male cria that has the fiber we were hoping for. He has his sires beautiful bold head and carriage.
