Congratulations and thank you to Sunny Alpacas for their purchase of Snowmass Andean Midnight! SNOWMASS ANDEAN MIDNIGHT: "FINENESS in BLACK" Elite Ultra-Fine Blacks are hard to find! However, like many of our Snowmass studs, Andean Midnight has retained his Fineness, Brightness, and Handle with age! (Amanda VandenBosch valued him at $12K in 2019). Andean Midnight is a beautiful, compact True Black "Silky Soft" stud with an outstanding Royal Pedigree for fineness and should retain his fineness for years to come. Those who need to add proven genetics of fineness, brightness and handle will appreciate the Royal Blacks from Snowmass! He is one of their best! His fiber is incredibly soft and shiny with a silky look and feel. It has a uniform low amplitude high frequency style of crimp. You have to see it to believe it. His grandsire is none other than Andean Bronze, the sire of Royal Bronze – from Snowmass’ vicuna type alpacas who retain fineness under 20 microns after reaching maturity. CONFORMATION: GOOD BONE WITH EXCELLENT COVERAGE HANDSOME CORRECT WEDGED HEADPIECE DENSE TOPKNOT CORRECT BITE SUPERIOR ROYAL “Vicuna” Lineage: Snowmass Andean Night is a brother to Snowmass Royal Bronze (throws true blacks) and Snowmass Royal Flush (throws silver grays like Silver Signature). Snowmass Andean Bronze (Peruvian Andean Gold x Peruvian Croixen) is an incredible example of longevity in fineness. Fineness will be one of the most important ingredients in breeding elite blacks! ANDEAN MIDNIGHT IS 1/2 BROTHER TO SNOWMASS ROYAL BRONZE (VICUNA TYPE) SIRE: SNOWMASS ANDEAN NIGHT (Superb Brightness & Character Throughout the Fleece) DAM: SNOWMASS FINENESS MATTERS (The name says it all...fineness in Black does matter). THE REST OF THIS AMAZING ROYAL LINEAGE INCLUDES: Snowmass Andean Bronze, 4 Peruvian Andean Gold, 5 Peruvian Tapara, PPeruvian Croixen. 5 Peruvian Red Hot (1/2 brother to Snowmass Midnight Magic), 5 Peruvian Ajoyani, Snowmass Golden Paradise, Snowmass Legacy Gold, Snowmass Peruvian Paradise, and Accoyo Legacy! PATAGONIA'S JUNEAU Patagonia's Juneau is a 5x Champion and 8x Produce of Dam Winner! She comes from a long line of champions. Juneau's sire is the legendary Patagonia's Lennox, and her paternal grandsire is none other than Danko. Her dam, Preciosa of Lonepine Ranch, is a Yupanqui daughter. Preciosa received 1st Place Produce-of-Dam at Alpacapalooza 2007, and 3rd Place Produce-of-Dam at the 2007 AWE. Juneau has a wonderful presence, tight uniform crimp, and a gorgeous head. She was referred to by Charlene Friedman at Alpacapalooza 2006 as "elegant". Her follicle count is 61 follicles per SQ MM, with an S/P ratio of 10.8 to 1, and secondary fibers averaging 20.1 microns. Starlite, Juneau's half-sister, has a follicle count of 84.75 per SQ MM! Show Career/Judge's Comments: Juneau took 1st Place at IAO 2007 in the fawn color division judged by Dr. Julio Sumar, as well as the Grand Color Championship: "She is an impressive animal!" At the 2007 Alpacapalooza show, Judge Diana Timmerman's comments: "Very nice fleece and stylish conformation. You notice her the minute she enters the ring." At the 2007 AWE show, Judge Cathy Merkley: "I would love to have this alpaca on my farm. She is by far the most dense and has more fiber per square inch than any of the others." Judge Kevin O'Leary at the AOBA National Conference: "This female alpaca is head and shoulders the first place winner." At the 2010 Northwest Alpaca Showcase, Juneau won 1st Place, Huacaya Produce of Dam (Aurora and Arctic Rose). Judge Peter Kennedy said: "These two beautiful alpacas caught my eye the minute they walked into the ring. Extreme fineness & density, and strength of bone." Champion/Ribbon-Winning Offspring: In 2009, Juneau gave birth to a gorgeous MRG female sired by Patagonia's Amancio. Patagonia's Arctic Rose is a 12x champion, winning 8 Color Championships and 4 Reserve Championship banners in her career. Description

Congratulations and thank you to David Demchak on his purchase of Estates Andean Jacinta! ESTATES ANDEAN JACINTA It is with mixed emotions we offer Estates Andean Jacinta, a one-of-a-kind outstanding female for sale. We are hopeful that Jacinta's new owner will appreciate and nurture this bloodline. This lovely lady comes with the total package. We know Jacinta will be a delight and make a mark for you in the upcoming show season and follow in her mother's footsteps for an incredible Produce of Dam. She is also the half sister of 12x champion, Patagonia's Arctic Rose. Estates Andean Jacinta's conformation, uniformity, and low micron count is above approach. Hugo from Alpacas de la Patagonia, shared with us that he admired the selection of Patagonia's Juneau and crossing her with his favorite Snowmass male, Andean Midnight, creating an exceptional outcome.
