Nirvona Silk of LDD

HuacayaBred (Female)Beige
AOA# 31476102DOB: 12/19/200816 yrs
This robust girl is sired by a nice PVA male, son of the Elite Maximus. We already have a great granddaughter of his as part of our foundation. Elite Maximus was a top producing herdsire. Nivrona was shown prior and took a 3rd place at Alpacamania in 2009. She has a great density with a nice soft handle. At over 7 years of age, her micron was 24.7 AFD and 4.8 SD. Considering she was significantly over-weight, and her age that is pretty remarkable. Nirvona gave birth to a nice sturdy, 17-pound girl that is a beautiful darker fawn color, darker than we anticipated from the pairing Her 2016 cria was sired by multi-Champion LondonDairy Ra who has an impressive show record of numerous 1st places, championships and judges choice from different areas of the country. He has very similar histogram stats, very nice and consistent and he has showed great coverage in his crias. Nirvona eased right into motherhood and although we sold her beautiful cria, fortunately she boards here so we can watch how she develops. She is certainly a beautiful show-worthy girl with a nice disposition.

Description

This girl was born nice and sturdy and that fleece looks like it is going to be bright, fine and dense!!! We expect real nice things out of this girl as a show hopeful for next spring. Bon Bon's mom carries an incredibly dense fleece and it is still maintaining nice fineness with her age which is exactly what is needed moving towards commercial fleece industry. We are offering Bon Bon for sale only because we have decided for our personal goals to focus on grey, white and black. It is hard for me to draw that line when I was hoping for this color and think brown is one of the more eye catching colors. Who doesn't love looking at a walking teddy bear? This girl is not just cute, she has an astounding sire that is one of my all-time favorites. He looked like a magnificent lion in his full fleece - really a show-stopper. He has an astounding show record multiple championships, dense, uniform fleece maintaining fineness and quite a few nice progeny on the ground. Come take a look at her and her parents who are all residing at Windy Hill. She won't be old enough to leave until spring - just before show season starts.
