We named him "Crown Prince" for a reason. We believe this guy could be the heir apparent to his legendary sire, Snowmass Casanova. Out of our black AOBA Res. Color Champion, Boadicea, he has the fiber and conformation to make heads turn. His dam Boadicea was the queen of the show circuit in 2000 with folks waiting at the ring to purchase her as she won yet another blue ribbon. We made the decision to keep her as part of our foundation stock. She has rewarded that decision time and time again with Champion cria. She is dam to Highland Oberon, a Reserve Color Champion and multiple blue ribbon winner (including AOBA), The Scotsman, a black Reserve Color Champion and multiple blue ribbon winner, and Highland Boudica, a multiple Color Champion. Crown Prince's first fleece sample came back as AFD 17.7; SD 3.8; CV 21.5; %>30 0.9....YES, A GRAY FLEECE. Crown Prince has combined the best of his dam and sire to be an example of the fineness, density, crimp, and conformation that is making him in demand even as he just starts his breeding career. He began last Fall's show season off with a bang! At the Empire Extravaganza he placed second to the Reserve Color Champ with the judge stating he had the finest fleece in the class. At the No. Illinois Alpaca Show, Crown Prince was awarded the Blue Ribbon in his class AND the Color Championship. Judge Jill MacLeod took very little time to select him as Champion. Crown Prince is consistently rewarded for his fine fleece that shows good staple length, crimp and density. We believe that he is certainly one of the finest Peruvian gray males on the East Coast. With confirmed pregnancies from the summer, this is the time to add Crown Prince's excellent genetics, conformation, and fiber to your herdsire options. Please contact us for further details. PATIENCE, ULT Bravo's

HuacayaOpen (Female)Dark Silver Grey
AOA# 31888356DOB: 9/2/200915 yrs
Daughter of the All American FUTURITY Blue Ribbon winner, BRAVO [a modern grey], ULT Bravo's PATIENCE is a lovely SILVER GREY female with excellent conformation and a calm personality. PATIENCE is a foundation dam with the genetics to reproduce very nice crias. In her 1st offspring [2014], she demonstrated the ability to produce an exceptional male out of multiple award-winning Casanova's Peruvian CROWN PRINCE: i.e., Crown Prince REGENT. In 2015, PATIENCE produced SILVERADO, a handsome, robust AV Rambo's Peruvian T. MOJITO son with beautiful, medium SILVER GREY fleece. His sire, MOJITO, is a herd sire with all of the characteristics needed to create an exceptional offspring: fleece with lingering fineness, crimp, luster, and nice density; the ability to sire GREY; excellent conformation; and a great herd sire disposition. PATRISSE, her blue-eyed, "look-a-like" GREY daughter sire by MOJITO, was born September 3, 2016 [weight 19+ lbs.]. See PATRISSE's web page! Patience's latest production is her final MOJITO son, born on June 7, 2018, with perfect conformation, excellent health and vigor, and very dark fleece that is probably BLACK. I'll need a few days to begin to analyze him further but he is nice! PATIENCE will soon be bred to our ARCHIMEDES Crusader de LaCroix! An exciting prospect!!! 7/8 PERUVIAN and 1/8 fine CHILEAN, PATIENCE's impressive heritage is heavily weighted with ROSE GREY, SILVER GREY, and TRUE BLACK ancestors, including: PPPeruvian INCA 6025 [#139297]- TRUE BLACK paternal great, great grandsire 5Peruvian SILVERADO [#800670] - dark SILVER GREY paternal great grandsire HA SHADES of GRAY [#814946] - medium ROSE GREY paternal grandsire 4Peruvian CAPUCCINO [#166571] - dark brown paternal great grandsire CPeruvian SILVINO [#806177] - light ROSE GREY maternal grandsire FCA Tia's Peruvian BRAVO [#838677] - medium SILVER GREY sire MFI TRANQUILITY [#829280] - medium ROSE GREY dam PATIENCE's sire, FCA Tia's Peruvian BRAVO, 2003 All American FUTURITY Blue Ribbon winner under Judge JULIO SUMAR, has beautiful, medium SILVER GREY fiber with excellent overall color consistency, SOLID GREY legs, and NO SPOTS in his blanket! BRAVO’s crimp has narrow amplitude and high frequency and is very fine and dense. In addition, BRAVO matured early and settled his first female at 18 MONTHS of age! Notably, BRAVO is PREPOTENT for throwing GREY and BLACK. Even if the female has only hints of grey in her fiber, he has been able to sire GREY! CPeruvian SILVINO [Patience's maternal grandsire], considered rose grey according to the official ARI color charts, was the only Peruvian male that known in North America whose fleece was actually pink. "He is both dense and crimpy with excellent conformation. He was owned and highly prized by the owner of Alianza in Peru and he was hand-selected by the importers as their own male. His gorgeous rose grey fleece won First Place in the 1999 AOBA Fleece show." [Magical Farms]

Description

REGENT is a fine example of the heritage of Casanova's Peruvian CROWN PRINCE. He has perfect conformation and a beautiful grey fleece. He will be interesting to watch as he matures!... Alas, I finally and very sadly posted this page for Crown Prince REGENT. Born in June 2013, he died of peritonitis in February 2014, at the age of eight months. Tests indicated an elevated white blood cell count and slight anemia but no identifiable cause for the infection. The veterinarian tried valiantly to save REGENT, but it was not to be. He was a wonderful little male and he is still very much missed.
