Golden Victory will be a great asset to cross with our CCNF Andean Fury line. Just to give you an idea of the thoughtful genetic matching behind Golden Victory, his Sire is Snowmass Royal Challenger with Snowmass Royal Rose, Peruvian Hemingway, Peruvian Bueno, Legacy Gold, Legacy and Chaccu in his pedigree! We have always been impressed with the incredible breeding program at Snowmass Alpacas. Julie Skinner’s assistance in the selection of Victory was incredible and greatly appreciated! Following are Julie’s words on Victory’s quality: "Snowmass Golden Victory is a stunning example of a superior colored stud male. He has a gorgeous strong well balanced frame which is blanketed with Royal fine medium fawn fleece from head to toe. This is not just fantastic fluke, this is a highly heritable trait which you will see in his Sire Snowmass Challenger his sire Snowmass Royal Rose and then Back to Peruvian Hemingway and Peruvian Bueno. His Dam is right in line with same qualities and looks. Her sire is Snowmass Legacy Gold, who goes back to Accoyo Legacy and 5Peruvian Chaccu. In Fact every alpaca in this studs pedigree is outstanding! He has the most gorgeous buttery Merino-Vicuna fleece type which is fine, dense, uniform, and simply beautiful." This lovely maternal sister to Supernova's Quattro is retaining her stunning vicuna-like looks. From Moonshadow Alpacas: "Golden Treasure is a beautiful proven female. She is extremely dense with a very soft handling fleece. Daughter of Snowmass Golden Victory, she has inherited an incredible package of genetics and fiber quality. Her dam is no slouch either and has produced high quality offspring, to include CAR Supernova's Quattro, an elite Herdsire standing stud at Stachowski Alpacas. Golden Treasure brings tons of opportunity to any high quality breeding program. Her entire family tree is loaded with proven quality genetics of elite fiber production. At NW Alpaca Showcase, Judge Wade Gease loved her phenotype, density and overall consistency of her fleece. Treasure has only been shown a few times, but has placed in each extremely competitive show. Golden Treasure was bred to Snowmass Matrix Principe for her first breeding. We purchased Snowmass Matrix Principe from Snowmass specifically to put over our Golden Victory females. Julie Skinner recommended the Matrix lines to cross with the Royal Challenger line as that has been some of their best! This pairing produced a beautiful super fine female, Princess. For a first time mom, Treasure was a natural, easy birth, plenty of milk and great mothering instincts. Treasure brings great qualities to any high end breeding program. On top of everything, Treasure is just such an easy keeper, easy to handle and mellow in the herd, plus she is a very pretty stylish female."
