DONOR FEMALE FOR THE PUCARA ET PROGRAM
Keiki is a STUD female!!!! She comes from impeccable breeding lines that have blessed her with exquisite fleece characteristics that even the most discerning suri breeder would salute. She is eye candy in the pasture with the aloof regal posture of someone who knows the worth of her heritage!
Perhaps you have not heard of a stud female before. It is essentially a female that will produce your best. In some ways they are more important than a stud male because they not only supply 50% of the genetics they also rear their cria to their full genetic worth. Keiki has all the makings of a stud female.
And thus her 2014 cria, Madiba's WCF Katie, is outstanding. She is a knock out. A first place winner at the 2015 Futurity and second at CABA 2015 as a juvie. Light Champion at Futurity in 2016!
Keiki is sired by Chachapoya who, when we added to our suri stud stable in 2011, started to put champions into the show ring like Buzznhumm's AOBA Reserve Champion Innagoddadavida . We chose him to cross over our Kahuna daughters and grand daughters which has been a great move especially when you consider the quality of his girls like Keiki. Keiki was not shown because she comes from a small farm, Willamina Creek Farm, who rarely show and is a trusted client of Pucara's, but it certainly does not make her any less valuable.
Her sire Chachapoya was an import, full Accoyo male. He was bred to a Pucara Kahuna (five time repeat Futurity Light Herdsire of the Year) daughter Wailua who is a Pucara Allegro grand daughter. In our lines the Allegro/Kahuna crosses do not get much more potent. Allegro had 18 cria in the Aussie show ring win Best In Shows. With Chachapoya over the top of this we just cannot imagine that this female Keiki is not deserving of her "stud" status.
True to her genetics Keiki sports a most impressive fleece that is imbued with a high degree of luster under a beautiful architecture of penciling that sweeps right across her frame. This fleece has a slippery greasy handle that indicates its fineness that rarely comes with as much density as she is carrying. All this is on board a stellar frame that is square, proportioned and finished off with that typical head that the Kahuna kids and grand kids show off.
She gave us a Pucara PureSuri Kahuna's Lexus male cria June 2019 who is included in this sale. He looks to be show bound if the lucky buyer deems so! Keiki is re bred to Tikanui's Kekoa o TSSS for a June 2020 cria.
Keiki has already given us embryos.
