He is a Grand Champion winner and multiple blue ribbon winner and the full brother of Mary's Accoyo Hudson, Champion of Champions (by 3 independent judges from Peru, USA and Canada)! Mary feels Barbary is just as fabulous! Barbary is the cross of the A & B lines of Don Julio Barreda's breeding program in Peru. His sire Camilio's Accoyo Endurance has won many competitions and Barbary himself is a halter Grand Champion. Not bad! You will not find a more wonderful herdsire. His personality and attitude are as outstanding as his elite fiber, impeccable conformation and regal presence! Barbary has thrown some incredible alapcas. We are very happy with what we have gotten from his breedings. This lovable beauty was a later addition to "our girls". She was just too good to pass up. Hamka did well in her show career collecting the coveted BEST HEAD award at the International Alpaca Odyssey and several other 1st place awards. She is a well balanced female, level topline, good leg set, medium framed, excellent bone and a stunning head type. Her fleece exhibits eye-popping brightness, well aligned crimp, and bundling thru-out. She was shearing 11.5 lbs at 4 years old and her 09 micron was 23.4 (2010 pending). She is DENSE.
