My Peruvian Gino

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)White
DOB: 12/25/200123 yrs
Peruvian Gino is an exceptional white male with lineage to match. His sire is Peruvian Dakotia, who produced champions in every color. His grandsire is Peruvian Bueno. My Peruvian Gino is straight from Magical Farms Herdsire Row, where he won 2nd fleece in the 2004 AOBA Nationals. His density and fleece character are top of the line. -2004 2nd Fleece AOBA Nationals -2005 1st Fleece IAOBA RiverSide AlpacaFest -2005 2nd Fleece Michigan International AlpacaFest -2005 2nd Fleece Mid America Alpaca Show Gino carries one of the most dense fleeces out there, and this density combined with incredible consistency and softness makes him a favorite with the judges. But Gino is also the perfect stud male for those breeding for color. He produces 'accoyo white' from white dams, and evens up the color from color dams. So far, Gino has thrown pure white from white (3); vicuna from vicuna (1); medium brown from dark brown (2); white from beige (1); and bay black from black (1). WOW!!! Gino's two 2015 offspring have phenomenal fleece characteristics!!! We are so excited about these two crias! A solid dark fawn female and a multi fawn and white male! Shear weight: 2005 - 9.8lbs 2006 - 8.1

School Pond's Prima Donna

HuacayaOpen (Female)Light Brown
AOA# 30975101DOB: 9/15/200816 yrs
Prima Donna is a beautiful striking female with dark fawn coloring and stands out in a crowd. She easily lives up to her name with her elegant stance and presence. Her bloodlines go back to Peruvian Victor on the topside! Judges have commented that her fiber is fine, dense, and crimpy with great brightness. She carried a 19.9 micron fleece as a one year old. With Victor Vaccoyo on her paternal side, the show winning producer El Capitan as her great grandsire, and 4 time blue ribbon winner Peruvian Patriot as her grandsire, it is easy to see where the genes came from that enabled her sire, Renegade to win 5 blue ribbons, just to name a few at major shows. Because of these genetics Donna ALWAYS produces quality offspring. Prima Donna consistently produces offspring of a much higher quality than herself, which we all should want our females to do. Donna's 2016 cria arrived in early August! She has a beautiful medium fawn female sired by My Peruvian Gino(Magical Farm) who is a Peruvian Dakotia son. She has bundles of brightness and crimp! We have greatly downsized our herd over the last few years and Prima Donna and her 2016 cria are the last of our huacayas. We no longer have any huacaya herdsires so it's time for Prima Donna to go to a new farm where she can be bred and keep producing her beautiful offspring.

Description

Callie is a stunning, young female with extreme softness. She also features bright, fawn fleece, a nice square conformation, big bone, and a cute, typey face. She is sired by My Peruvian Gino (Magical Farms) who has maintained his softness, low micron, and crimp as he has aged. Callie's dam is a Victor great grand daughter, Prima Donna. Donna has proven to be an excellent producer, who has delivered on her potential with this young girl!
