LIONAL'S WORLD CLASS PROVEN GENETICS There is always one great son out of each great herdsire that not only carries on the great genetics of his father, but improves upon those genetics. LIONAL is the chosen one. LIONAL has demonstrated the powerful prototype of himself through his offspring. LIONAL was the most sought after herdsire in Canada. Farms kept rebreeding to LIONAL year after year, because it was the way to develop champion after champion after champion. LIONAL has had a tremendous influence on the Canadian herd. The Canadians wrote about LIONAL, "LIONAL is well known for his beneficial genetics and gives his crias exceptional conformation, solid bone, density and uniformity in fleece. LIONAL'S fiber starts at the top of his head and ends at his toes. " LIONAL has sired numerous champions in the Canadian show circuit including the 2002 Farm Fair International Supreme Champion and the 2002 Alpacafest Grand Champion Male, Grand Champion Female, and Supreme Champion Huacaya ( See "Hot Shot", Sandman And Snowflake.). At Sunset Hills Farm, we own several Lional offspring who we will retain as part of our production herd. LIONAL is a very compact alpaca with tremendous fiber coverage. He is well known for his ability to consistently transmit his great density, rich color, and fine fleece to his offspring. The famous LIONAL is a living legend in Canada and is back in the USA proving that his genetics are the most powerful and prepotent in the world. Service Sire: PHAC Titan Clash's Chico

PHAC Titan Clash's Chico

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)White
AOA# 32145632DOB: 8/31/201113 yrs
Chico has incredible fleece that is white, silky, buttery soft, fine and very, very dense with lots of crimp. He has excellent bone structure, ears erect with excellent bite. His legs are straight and he stands tall. Chico is conformationally correct due to his impressive lineage. Chico's sire, Peruvian Titan's Clash, and Chico's dam, Invincible Brookhollow Star-Dust's have produced ribbon winning offspring. Chico's sister, Precious, produced a male that has consistently won in the show ring including championship banners. If you are wanting to add a good quality herdsire to your herd, then Chico is the one for you. His ancestor's include: 4Peruvian Legacy, PPPeruvian Dracula, Snowmass Legacy Gold, Snowmass Invincible, 5Peruvian Silverado, Peruvian Hemmingway, 6Peruvian Accoyo Titan, MFI Peruvian Titan's Clash to name a few. Chico's EPDs are in the Top 5% and Top 10% for 2015 Chico's 1st cria hit the ground on May 31, 2017. A strong white boy. I had an opportunity to check out this little boy and he is something special. Chico had a 2nd son also white. Now it gets interesting. Chico just sired a brown female out of a bay black dam on April 26, 2018. Her crimp has tight bundles. We had shearing 2 days after she was born. We decided to shear her as well so she would be cooler come summer. No one could believe how much fleece came off this cria.

Description

This impressive female has a great look and fiber to match. Her lovely brown fiber has consistent crimp that is fine and soft to the hand. What a beautiful head. She is a solid female and will be a great asset to any herd. With lineage going to the fantastic producing ZP Peruvianh Orchip and P Guellermo she is sure to produce well. Her sire is NGG Lionel, who was one of the most sought after bloodlines in Canada. Lionel is known for producing champion after champion and he is sure to continue that tract as he produces offspring here in the states. I wish we had been able to put her in the show ring because we're confident she would have followed Lionel's many offspring that have taken many ribbons. If you compare other Lionel daughter's pricing, you will find Passion is a steal. Passion's first cria was Jelly Bean. Her second was Cotton Candy, a true black. She had another uncomplicated birth on April 24, 2015 to a healthy boy, Sugar Daddy. We sold Passion along with 2 others. That couple sold them to people who may have had good intentions but were not educated. I got an urgent call summer 2016 from another breeder who recognized the dams as ours. I immediately went to rescue them. Poor Passion was a bag of bones with cuts along her neck where she had been rubbing under something trying to get food. She has healed physically but has become an aggressive eater, which you can't blame her after being starved. There is everything to be said about 1st time buyers purchasing animals from accomplished breeders who can educate and answer questions. Passion is bred for a Spring 2018 cria. Her original price is $1100. Sale price $975.
