At the time we purchased her, her micron count was in the low 16s and her density was like no other we had ever felt before. It still to this day is incredible. Though she puts on very little staple length these days the fiber she does grow has the same beautiful feel. She was an amazing alpaca when we bought her and she continues to be an amazing alpaca. Her presence and confidence is noteworthy and she passes this strong characteristic on to her many offspring. She is the mother of MANY champion sons, daughters and grandcria. We have named her line in our program the "Cloud" line. Some of her 1st place and color champion offspring include: Carmen Cloud, Stella Cloud, Leila Cloud, Calypso Cloud, Rincon Cloud, Orlando Cloud, Tyrone Cloud, Javelin Cloud, Mirra Cloud, Stratus Cloud, and Maurice Cloud. IronClad is also very calm mannered and practically welcomes you to take a closer look at him. Once you do, you will not be disappointed. His buttery long stapled fleece melts in your hand and his character is that of good crimp and definition. First place at Nationals world fleece show in Ohio this past June.
