Silk Purse will readily greet you at the gate and will happily walk wherever you desire her to go on while on a lead. A watchful alpha female of the herd, she is always the first to alert of any potentially dangerous intruders and prioritizes her crias above all else. Silk Purse is proven with two of her past male crias working as herd sires. Her 2016 cria, Calais, is a white male by Boreas, born 4/26/16 and can be included with her until weaning.

Description

Tornado is so, so fine, without losing any density. His fineness has been retained since his cria days and the composure of his fleece has just gotten better with age. Tornado's sire is the famous Torbio. His dam Silk Purse, one of my favorites, is a strong, elegant, dependable female. Sharon Loner, judge at AFW 2015, really appreciated Tornado's stance and quality of big bone. Tornado is extremely easy to handle and is making a good herdsire. Tornado has had two crias to date: A true, blue- black female, and a fawn male with illuminating luster, a show boy for sure! Update: 6/24/16
