Avalon's Jacob Black

HuacayaHerdsire (Male)True Black
AOA# 31526920DOB: 6/25/201014 yrs
19 Time Halter Champion in True Black! 2012 has been good to Jacob Black. Every show he went to, he was the Color Champion, and it didn't matter if it was the Futurity or Nationals. He finished 2012 with a stellar 19 halter champion banners! Jacob Black has great conformation, a beautiful fleece, and a handsome head. His true black fleece is extremely uniform with a very expressive crimp style found normally on white animals. His personality is laid back and gentle. Jacob Black started showing when he was 9 months old, and since that time, he bannered in every show he went to, with the exception of a blue ribbon at the Futurity when he was 10 months old. Jacob is not available to outside breedings. He will be an exclusive, restricted herdsire for our black program, and he will join 15 time champion Knight Rider in producting show winning blacks. Update: Jacob Black wins Reserve Dark Herdsire at the 2015 Futurity and the 2016 Futurity! That is a fabulous achievement! Update: Jacob Black's crias are outstanding, and many of them are already champions themselves!

Dam: Knight Rider's April

Knight Rider's April

HuacayaBred (Female)Bay Black
AOA# 32263916DOB: 4/29/201113 yrs
Knight Rider's April is sired by our well bannered black herdsire, 15 time champion Knight Rider. He has passed on his lustrous fleece and bay black color. April is well grown for her age, and she has nice conformation and lovely fleece. April had a great show career, pulling down 2 seconds, a first, and a reserve color champion! You can't purchase Jacob Black breedings, so purchasing a bred female is your only way to get his genetics. April has been ultrasounded pregnant with Jacob Black! Hurry on her purchase. Our Jacob Black babies are so nice that April won't be around long once they hit the show ring! April is due in a few short weeks, so don't delay or she will be gone. Update: April's baby from 2014, Indigo, is extremely nice! See her on our spring show string assuming she is big enough. Not only is she fantastic, but she is a blue black! Hence the name Indigo! We are seriously impressed with this baby, and therefore April's price will be going up before too long! Update: April's baby won Reserve Color Champion at the 2015 Futurity! We were correct regarding her quality! E-mail for further details.
