Court Jester is a gorgeous, light rose grey jr. herdsire with a wonderful pedigree. His sire is Duke of Wakeman, an Accoyo Michelangelo son and his dam, is Starling’s Savannah Rose, a Quasar daughter. The matchup between these two has proven to be phenominal. Court Jester has many desirable traits for a herdsire. His gorgeous, full head is the first thing noticed. Court Jester is a nice sized male and has wonderful conformation. He is extremely confident and stands proud. Court Jester’s light rose grey fleece is nearly spot free. He carries an incredibly dense fleece with a crimp architecture that is hard to find in a grey. Along with the density and crimp structure in a royal baby fine 17.1 micron fleece. Court Jester is one of the best rose grey males around. Oh My! Gail and I met at the Best of the U S Alpaca Show in March, she came for a seminar. Then she met and fell in love with Storm and A.J., our two little males, Gail says Storm had her at "hello"! After picking up the boys and returning home to Michigan, Gail and Richard (her husband) fell in love with the temperament of our alpacas and "asked for first rights of refusal on any crias born in the spring". Well long story short...Gail and Richard came to visit the farm after all crias were born and we are proud to say that all 2015 crias have been sold and will make their way to Gibraltar Bay after weaning, we are hoping they will be under their Christmas Tree! The name? Since the crias had not yet been registered, we offered to add their farm name to the crias. We had chosen the first names of the crias, and we were happy that Gail and Richard added Gibraltar Bay to their new family. Congrats to all of us! So who is Lady N Waiting? A gorgeous, dark brown female that is stunning! Starling Farms owned Lady N Waiting , the daughter of Starling's Miracle by Mr Sparks-LB, she is the daughter of Alpaca Knights Mr Sparks-TB and Starling, and Lady N Waiting's Sire is Duke of Wakeman's Court Jester - LRG son of Michelangelo's Duke of Wakeman and Starling's Savannah Rose - LRG.
