FULL INTEREST IN BOJACK IS NOW AVAILABLE! Anderson Acres Alpacas owns 50% interest in MMALP Goldstar's Bojack and Joe Miller's Nebraska Alpaca Company owns another 25% share. The other 25% is owned jointly by Grandview Suri Alpacas and Pines Edge Suris. All 4 parties that own interest in Bojack have agreed to sell their interest in him and feel it’s time for another farm to use his prepotent genetics. Bojack was a 13 time banner winner including twice at The Futurity, once at AOA Nationals, and once at the Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show. If you look at Bojack's pedigree, you will see outstanding genetics. This starts with his sire Lazy G's Accoyo Goldstar, the winner of 20 Get of Sires. Goldstar has sired many, many champions. Now Bojack is the one making his mark siring champions. The crias sired by Bojack from 2015-2017 have included 10 banner winners. Four of those banner winners had championship wins at the AOA Nationals Halter Show including the 2017 Nationals Black Color Champion, MMALP Bojack's Black Midnight. Black Midnight won that championship when there were 25 black Suri males registered for the show. Bojack has also sired an AOA Nationals Fleece color champion and this same animal was the Suri Network All Suri Fleece Show color champion. It is no wonder that Norm Evans ended his skin biopsy report with these words, "This young male can improve many Suri herds." The entire report was as follows: “Goldstar’s Bojack was biopsied as a 24 month old true black Suri male with ARI# 32403510. His 15x scan shows small tight fiber clusters uniformly placed in his connective tissue. His density is 59.25 follicles SQ MM of skin and his S/P ratio is 7.8 to 1. He shows level 2 of 4 gland presence and 100% of his secondary fibers show medullation. One hundred secondary fibers average 24.3 microns while 50 primary fibers average 36.5 microns for a spread of 12.2 microns. This young male can improve many suri herds." Bojack puts these attributes onto his offspring. He sires crias that have outstanding lock structure. He sires crias that exceptional luster. He sires crias that have outstanding fleece coverage and he stamps a beautiful Suri head style on his offspring like a cookie cutter. His crias have a beautiful Suri phenotype. Just look at the pictures of his offspring and the picture of the locks and luster found in his crias. One can see the phenotype, the locks, and the luster are all 3 excellent. He has sired all colors from white to black including greys that are both classic and harlequin. Yes, grey! Bojack has grey in his pedigree. We feel the price is a steal. He's siring champions and he's just turning 7. He will be able to sire champions for a good number of years to come. If interested and to find out more, contact Joe Miller at 402-580-5453 or Roy Anderson at 402-740-2711. Thank you for your consideration.

Description

Babette is a tall, statuesque alpaca and she stands with the same proud stance as her sire, Saladin. No other way to describe Babette except to say she is a very tall and strong girl. She is full Peruvian as Saladin's dam and sire were both imports and her dam, Sasha, was also a Peruvian import. When her fiber was sorted by a certified sorter in 2014 it was given high marks for its luster and locks that are easily processed. If you look at her fiber numbers from the 2016 EPD testing, they are not the best and some might say she is the not the best foundation female for those reasons alone. We say she produces alpacas that are better than her and that's what a production female is supposed to do, produce an alpaca better than the dam. Therefore, she is a good production female. Here's proof to that claim. The beige cria she had in August 2014 out of PVA Kobe's Emissary, Luna, has stunning luster. Luna also has better fineness, better micron standard deviation, better density, better fleece weight, and better staple regrowth of staple length than Babette (see below). She kept the great lock for fiber processing. This shows Babette produces and will give you a cria better than her. The 2016 cria out of our Torbio's Dumbledore looks to better than Babette, too. Babette is doing a great job of taking the best of the sire she's bred to and passing those characteristics on to her crias and those crias are very big and strong like their dam. She adds size to your herd, too! So we claim that she's really a very good foundation female since she has that ability to breed up. Think of getting that cria that will be born next year out of Bojack!!
