Great Grandson of PPPeruvian Royal Fawn, Flash is the Macho on the ranch. His dam & sire were both bay blacks, however; he takes after his very famous grandsire Show Me the Money (“Mo”) with his fine and dense medium fawn fleece, full leg coverage and a very full top knot. Flash’s cria, 12 girls to date for us and 1male all have the same fine fawn fleece. Now those girls are breeding and carrying on the line. I used "F" in the first name for most of them. Faith, Fantasia, Felecia, Flavia and Francesca to name a few. However, when one of his female cria became our 100th birth, we held a naming contest and the name"Centina" was chosen. Flash's price has been recently reduced by 30%. He is ready to keep on breeding and we want the opportunity for him to continue his amazing legacy. He is an excellent buy at this price! We would consider a 50/50 partnership with 2 farms in separate locations. Update on 4/10/17: In researching his past show records, I realized that Jude Anderson, the judge at the Southwest Regional 2008 show, placed him second over twelve entries. His other placements were also in large classes competing with several large alpaca ranches. The current owner in MI of his son, Emilio, reports a 12 micron AFD for his 2015 shearing and a 15.4 micron AFD for his 2016 shearing. Call for additional photos and examples of his ribbon winning fleece that has been hand spun into luxurious yarn.

Benjamin's face has graced more selfie's and social media posts than any other alpaca we have ever owned. Why?... because he is the ranch greeter extraordinaire!! He greets everyone at the fence and freely gives nuzzles/kisses. And then in the spring of 2016 we introduced this gentleman to "ladies" and it's been his focus to get the job done ever since! His first 6 cria are due starting in May of 2017. Besides having a winning disposition, we chose him to be our new stud for a variety of reasons: 1) He has dense, soft, medium fawn fiber with a 4" long staple length. We sheared 4 1/2 lbs. of blanket fiber. Check out this histogram and current fiber stats... 2) His show record is impressive in halter and fleece classes. Check out his awards... 3 He comes from 2 white parents that both had retained fineness & dense fiber that we looked for in a breeding pair. 4) He has a perfect bite and a wonderfully conformed square frame with substance of bone and a wide chest... 5) He turns on the charm, yet knows how to get the job done and boy does he have stamina!... Of all the alpacas in our herd, Benjamin is the one that I will miss the most as he grows up. He has a very special place in my heart!! That is why I have decided to share ownership with another breeder. Benjamin has been purchased by Still Waters Alpaca Ranch and is ready to breed your dams. Introductory breeding fee of 50% off ($750) for the first dam and $500 for each additional dam until Oct 2017. At that time is fee will return to the regular price of $1,500. Contact me for details on this breeding arrangement.

Description

Fabulous Fawn - Our 100th birth! A very friendly soft fibered female. She has the dense fawn fiber and full top knot of her sire "Flash". In 2015 she bred easily to our super stud AAV Bogart's Peruvian Bently and produced an exceptional cria, Brighton on 6/11/16. She is now bred to our Champ Benjamin for a 2017 spring cria. She sells as a 2 in 1 package. However her price has been recently reduced to $3,600 because though she is refusing the male, we can not guarantee pregnancy at this time. Her son, Brighton is already sold.
