Bomber and Cinnamon Stone are attached at the hip, so we are offering to an excellent farm, Cinnamon Stone with the purchase of Bomber. These are our two favorite alpacas by far, and they must go to a wonderful home. Want crimp? Density? Brightness? (He's so bright, he glows in the dark!) Perfect conformation? A perfect typey head!? We're proud of this guy to say the least! Bomber was one of those cria that we knew was going to be exceptional. He was born with soft rolling skin as his sire was. His sire and his dam have retained their fineness, with lovely handle and crimp into his 7th year and her 5th, and his sire's density is nothing short of amazing. Bomber is a well built, conformationally correct male with a perfect bite. Testicles are off the chart, even Wade Gease raised an eyebrow or two! Bomber's grey LSG Dam means potential grey for his offspring! We plan to start him this fall. He is a chip off the ole block, with his calm and laid back disposition. Histogram at 1 yr: 20 AFD, 3.3 SD, 15.4 CV 0.5 over 30. 99.5% comfort factor Histogram at 2 yrs: 22 AFD, 3.7 SD, 16% CV 3 over 30. Bomber took a First place and Color Champion in the fleece competition at Alpacamania, scoring the highest fleece score of the show....87.5 points! His spin off score for AAWO 2014 spin off at the State Fair was 97 points! Again, highest of the show! His juvenile blanket fleece's annualized weight was a whopping 4.8# and that was after removing a 2 ounce sample for the AAWO spin off!!!!!!!!!!!! His yearling blanket was another whopping 5#, total shear weight 12#! Judge Ken Tibbits awarded Bomber's fleece a first place and color champion remarking: Great work! Very abundant fleece, great density, great fineness and handle. Good character, high fleece weight. Some additional skirting was noted.
