Snowmass genetics Alpaca Road's Rocky Road (Rocky) has rock solid genetics that are evidenced from the way he carrys himself to his super fine fiber – even Wade Geese said Rocky had really fine fleece. We thought Rocky was gong to be a dark rose grey like his mom, but once he was shorn his true medium sliver grey fleece was revealed. Rocky has 2 female cria on the ground. Both girls are exceptional; unfortunately we only owe one of them -- Buena Vista.

CCNF Iron Maiden (Maddy) is the first female out of Heavy Metal, who in turn inherited his impressive fleece qualities from the Peruvian Incan Magic line and its famous ultra fine matriarch, 4P Amanda. Maddy presented us with a beautiful female sired by CCNF Cameron, the 2007 Futurity, NAAS, and MAPACA Champion Black Male! The combination of Iron Maiden's deep grey color genetics and fineness with Cameron's outrageous density and architecture resulted in Alpaca Road's White Line Fever who won 1st place in the Mapaca 2012 Jubilee Spin Off. Maddy has since presented us with several more cria, her lastest being - Alpaca Road's Buena Vista. Vista was sired by our very own Alpaca Road’s Rocky. With all the greys in her background she has the potential to produce grey. Vista has grey markings on her legs and ears. Maddy was bred back to Alpaca Road's Rocky for a 2016 cria. We also offer free breed backs until Maddy has another female. This is pretty good odds as 90% of her cria have been females.
