Awesome Biopsy Results!

KSF Pavana

SuriBred (Female)Medium Brown
AOA# 3111558DOB: 6/29/200915 yrs
Pavana is out of Pandora, the full sister to Rockstar's Paloma that sold for $62,000 in the Private Collection Auction, and a daughter of the 2010 Dark Herdsire of the Year, Shavano. She is full blood sibling to the 2010 Res. Champion Futurity brown male, GLR Picasso Aside from excellent bloodlines, we love this girl's deep, rich color, lush fineness, and strong conformation. She is half Accoyo and carrying black lines from one of the top producing males in the country, 2010 Dark Herdsire of the Year, Shavano, who is closed to outside breedings. She is one of only a handful of his offpsring available on the market. And, she carries no MacGyver in her pedigree. Pavana gave birth to a gorgeous bay black boy on 5/21/2016, out of Sierra Bonita's Peruvian Sniper! “Rogue Suri Alpacas KSF Pavana” was biopsied as a 7 year old medium brown suri female with ARI#31115568. She grades level 1 of 4 glands which are viewed as the gray areas around her follicles. Her 15x scan shows rather large fiber clusters uniform in shape and placement within her connective tissue. Observe the 5 fiber clusters on the S/P scan that show an S/P ratio of 10.6 to 1. Twenty five clusters showed an average S/P of 10.9 to 1. Her density measures 50.5 follicles SQ MM of skin. 100 secondary fibers average 23.1 microns while 50 primary fibers average 28.7 microns for a variation of only 5.6 microns. Also note on all scans that 100% of her secondary fibers show medullation. Pavana is well above average in density, S/P and fineness of fiber as well as primary and secondary variation. She has certainly maintained her fineness for her age.
