Her 15x scan shows fiber clusters that are mostly uniform in shape but irregular in placement within her connective tissue. Her density was 43.5 follicles SQ MM of skin on a 10 MM punch which requires no adjustment. Her S/P ratio from 25 fiber clusters average 11.9 to 1. Note on the S/P & 250x scan that near 30% of her secondary fibers are medullated as shown by the red spots in the center of the fibers which should relate to excellent handle. She shows level 2 of 4 gland structure. One hundred secondary fibers averaged 25.9 microns while 50 primary fibers averaged 33.3 microns. This equates to a micron variation of 7.4 microns which is a much better than average spread especially for her age.
