His BCS was judged at 2.0 of 5 based on a scale of 1 to 5 and he weighs 130#. His 15X scan shows fiber clusters very uniform in shape and placement within his connective tissue. His density measured 57 follicles SQ MM of skin on a 10 MM cut which requires no adjustment for specimen shrinkage. His average S/P ratio based on 25 typical clusters is 11.2 to 1. He grades level 4 of 4 gland presence and near 100% of his secondary fibers show a degree of medullation. 100 secondary fibers averaged 24.4 microns while 50 primary fibers averaged 30.6 for a spread of only 6.2 microns.
