His outer edges of fibers are VERY BROWN... but he may be Black at skin... not sure yet. Full-brother to a brown, Blue Ribbon-October Skye! OUR BUNDLING LITTLE BOY. HE HAS IT ALL (POSSIBLE "SHOW" ALPACA)! He is so shiny, & has BIG LONG EYELASHES on his ROUND FACE. He is SO POWER PACKED with ROYALTY, Champion HERITAGE that it's HARD TO NAME HIM!!! His fiber, density, stature, shimmer and crimp are simply DIVINE... HE IS A GRAND MALE w Champion Grand-sires & Grand-dams...at least one grand-sire was a National Champion whose son was a multi blue ribbon champ (Bolaro's parentage/lineage). One GRAND-SIRE was NWA, LTD CAVIAR! Rachel surprised us with her exceptional mothering skills & THE TRAITS SHE PASSES ALONG TO CRIA. SHE is from "DESTELLO" (Fireworks) who's Sire is Snowmass De BEER's (Snowmass "OF DIAMONDS"), and his grand-sire is famous SNOWMASTER who sold to both Australia, for approx. $250,000, and then sold to Peru. This left only a handful of son's in the USA...maybe 7...not too many)! Rachel's dam, NUERA, has ROYAL FAWN's son "MONTE CARLO" as her sire and WORLD CLASS SMOKE STORM's daughter KIZZI (who came from our original herd & sold to PA farm) as her dam. Kizzi's granddam=DBrown CAROLINA SMOKE)! Add to Rachels paternal lineage "HEMINGWAY"...the SIRE OF FINENESS, through her own sire, Destello. His soft, dense crimp comes from many CHAMPIONs in his ancestry...thru BOTH Destello's sire and dam sides of lineage! The best thing about this little fellow is his personality!!! His pronking is not just a run, but a ROCKING CANTER like his sire BOLARO. He's so pleasant all the time like his sire Bolaro. His dam Rachel very reserved & CALM, but Grand-dam NUERA entertains & leads the whole herd with her playful pronking when she enters the pasture! Bolaro leads the males in his pasture in playful jumps across the creek, or goes as HIGH UP as his shelter will allow and is ALWAYS near the front door to look out and see his surroundings... so alert/observant. We and his past owners all call Bolaro the "Carnival Carousel" Male! Blacky's sire Bolaro also gave him that round Bolivian (or probably Chilian) face & head and his wonderful True Black shimmer... tall STATURE as well. Of course Bolaro had two champion parents & is full-brother to multi-Blue Ribbon winner October Skye. He also gets Champion genes in Grandparent lineage from both Sire and DAM!! His lineage carries so many Royal & Champion names that it's hard to name him!!...
