Zsa Zsa comes from the award winning breeding program at Sunset Hills to join the ranks of our award winning program at NorTex Alpacas. She is a full Peruvian, 3/4 Accoyo Zephyrus daughter and out of a Caligula daughter. Zsa Zsa is an extremely beautiful, upright, proud female with dense total fleece coverage, including full face coverage and generous top knot. Her bright white fleece boasts wonderful bundling and uniform crimp definition everywhere which explains why she has won blue ribbons, Reserve and Color Championships in halter and fleece shows. Zsa Zsa won a 1st place ribbon at the 2008 Great Western show in the very competitive white yearling females with her barn mate Nicolette taking a close 2nd place. Zsa Zsa is a proven dam, delivering her first cria unassisted on 9/30/08, a gorgeous medium fawn Tuscan Gold female cria and has had several cria to date, all stellar and all by Tuscan Gold. That cross just never misses. Why would we part with this female? Only because we own the same lineage in our herdsire Zeus.

This cross just never misses. Tuscan Gold x Zsa Zsamora, a Zephyrus daughter and fabulous producer. Serafina is preceded by other incredible offspring from this cross - Semper Fi, Top Gun, Toscana, Zahara, Zsambuca. Serafina's fleece is so bright that Bella Vita finally took the suggestion of Sara Jane McClellan when she saw Tuscan Gold's fleece of naming his offspring after the serephim, the highest order of angels whose fiery brightness is blinding. And she looks like a little angel with her pretty features-straight legs, level top line, balanced proportions, very pretty head, a signature trait passed on by her sire, as is the bright, fine fleece. This is a stellar female. Her fleece is also very organized and has that well nourished feel that makes you want to keep your hands in it forever. Just imagine what the yarn would be like from this fiber....pure heaven! Serafina's dam, Zsa Zsamora, also passes on density, fleece organization, fineness and uniformity, so matches up very well with Tuscan Gold to fortify the same qualities he consistently passes on. Both parents have beautiful heads.
