Although Storm's offspring cover the spectrum from white to dark brown, we wanted to stay quiet about his ability to consistently throw color regardless of what he was bred to...until now. We are confident that, although always a crapshoot when it comes to genetics, Storm consistently throws color, even when bred to lights or whites. (We actually WANTED white, HOPED for white...and got brown!) So, for those of you "afraid" of the white, incredible sires in his background...sorry to disappoint you with all the color we are getting from this multiple champion! **Nov 2014 - Storm's daughter takes the blue! A day over 6 months old, Microburst entered the ring in a highly competitive class and came out the winner due to not only her consistent awesome fleece and well grown correct frame, but her winning edge was indeed that density! The judge remarked at how she was really packing more fiber per square centimeter on her frame than the other (older!) animals. Yep! We knew this line had insane density! Judge also remarked about having crimp back there "under tail"! This male just delvers the goods! August 2014 update: Both color and white offspring are hitting the ground in the USA. ***SOLD!*** __________________ ** Nov 2014 - taking a banner behind a Snowmass dam is a compliment to Lucy's ability to produce outstanding offspring. Since we don't run out and repeat breedings to the same high end Snowmass stock, we give our dams the opportunity to mix it up a little to see if we can let genetics pass through. (And her offspring speak for themselves as both of the offspring at this show took 1st place in their classes!) ****Update 5/13/2014*** - This girl just rocks. It is another outstanding bouncing baby girl for Lucy and her beau, Super Storm. This dam just delivers the crias we want! _________________________ ***8/21/12*** Update! Lucy & Star Quest have done it again. It's a bouncing baby boy for this awesome couple - Delilah has a little brother! Full of energy and ready to take on the world. Density, fineness, crimp, brightness, bundling, energy, attitude, and of course, presence all rolled into one package. WOW. This stunning male can only be called one thing - Commander. Watch him take command of the show ring this next season! Lucy In The Sky is just one of those rare gems - one of those "keepers". She has given us two phenomenal offspring. Plus, she has proven to be an excellent wet nurse to a cria who was rejected by his own dam. Since we allowed her to nurse two crias, we gave her a year off from breeding for the remainder of 2012.
