Court Jester is a gorgeous, light rose grey jr. herdsire with a wonderful pedigree. His sire is Duke of Wakeman, an Accoyo Michelangelo son and his dam, is Starling’s Savannah Rose, a Quasar daughter. The matchup between these two has proven to be phenominal. Court Jester has many desirable traits for a herdsire. His gorgeous, full head is the first thing noticed. Court Jester is a nice sized male and has wonderful conformation. He is extremely confident and stands proud. Court Jester’s light rose grey fleece is nearly spot free. He carries an incredibly dense fleece with a crimp architecture that is hard to find in a grey. Along with the density and crimp structure in a royal baby fine 17.1 micron fleece. Court Jester is one of the best rose grey males around. UPDATE: I had a reason to be excited & had a feeling in my bones, . . . !!!! when in July,Gabriella gave birth to a beautiful, dark, silver grey female cria who we named Kristina. Yah!! When we originally went searching for a dark silver grey female, we came upon this beauty, Gabriella who is a little shy, yet very curious. Now, let's talk about her fiber. She is still quite dense & the fiber is very consistent, reminding me of a thick, plush giant towel that you just want to wrap up in. Not only did we like her look & personality, those who came before her is incredible. Her genetic background is quite impressive with well-known grey & blacks for several generations back. Look at the posted pics & you should recognize these machos; next, look at her ARI & you'll see more well-known animals. Due to the type of winters we have been having lately, we chose not to rebreed her because we're not in favor of a fall cria. This provides you the buyer to make some choices. Kristina is the girl, good conformation, straight legs, and excellent density with the softest fiber, like her sire. To top all of that off, Kristina possesses an impressive powerhouse of genetics from both her sire & dam - Her SIRE - DUKE OF WAKEMAN'S COURT JESTER - 5 generations of black & greys just from his dam's side; including the names SHAQUILLE, PERUVIAN QUICKSILVER, PERUVIAN SILVIO, & ROYAL PERUVIAN SHERMAN. HER DAM - SBF GABRIELLA ISABELLA - 4 generations of almost entirely of black & greys which includes MY PERUVIAN OBSYDIAN, PERUVIAN DOM TIMBO, NIC NAC, REQUEST THE BEST, PERUVIAN BLACK MAGIC & PERUVIAN MACUSANI. And, last but on least, Kristina is such a striking little beauty ! Her pics say it all! Presently, she is darker than dam with her dark eyes & facial markings, similar to both of her great grandsires, Peruvian Dom Timbo & Nic Nac, very well-known rose grey machos like her sire, Court Jester. Now that she has been tipped,[[7 oz. of fleece removed], we know just how dark she is. Crimp is coming in nicely, too! It will be interesting to see now her full fleece fiber comes in in the spring. She's not just a pretty face because she has personality plus! Loves to play, kick up her heels up & is quite curious. Her sire, Court Jester, is battling 1,000 with his 2015 crias.
