RED BEARD has won 2 blue ribbons in halter AND a Reserve Color Championship at GWAS 2008. We entered his fleece in the AFCNA Continental 2008 Fleece Show in Denver IN THE SOLID BROWN CLASS and he won a 1st Place in that class. RED BEARD is not your typical MULTI alpaca. He come out of a great herdsire that has over 50 crias on the ground all around the country as well as one of our very best colored production females at Black Forest Alpacas. RED BEARD is a eye-catching show stopper. The judge at TxOLAN this spring said he was one of the nicest males she had seen all day. He has great fleece characteristics and confirmation. His markings on his face add to his cute look and his "red" beard. We would be willing to sell Red Beard but we decided we weren't going to put a "fireside" sale price on him. We name her that because of the Marquis diamond cut- it is a brilliant cut and Grand Marquis is brilliant too, and SO cute! He is putting great crias on the ground. Valorie is 3/4 Peruvian with Royal Fawn and El Moustachio as the big names in her background. Valorie has great confirmation and very nice fleece. She and Silver Rose P. Rainier gave us Rainier's Rondo of Black Forest, a young with breeding potential that we just sold in Mar 13. In 2012, she and Red Beard produced a stunning little boy, Celtic Thunder.
