Mother of award winning babies
JB's Jewell
Alpaca, Huacaya, Bred (Female) | Medium Brown, True Black
AOA #30443631 | DOB: 10/20/2005 (19 yrs) (Due Date: 6/21/2014)
Sire: Penumbra
30443631<--ari-->Bay Black<--color-->Penumbra is a legend in the Colorado/Texas area of the country. He has over 40 cria on the ground. They have won many, many ribbons over the years. Since moving to Woodland Meadows he has been underused, but we'd like to change that.
He's a good looking male still, and is producing quality cria today. At 10 yrs. his microns were 29.4 and that's great for a black male. His fleece has crimp and wonderful handle and shines in the light.
We can't breed (much) but his newest female cria is on the ground and she's spectacular! At one month she has dense fleece with very well defined crimp, the kind that stays. We've repeated the breeding!
He'll give you color nearly every time. His cria have very nice crimp, are dense and conformationally correct with excellent bones.<--description-->
Dam: BP's JB
30443631<--ari-->Medium Brown<--color-->JB has had wonderful crias - she is a very uniform beautiful maroon color. She has a skin problem which has damaged her udders, so she no longer produces much milk though she was an excellent milker for her previous cria. Her registration goes with her, if you would like the challenge of bottle feeding any future crias you will be able to register them, but we are hoping to provide her free of charge as a pet to a good home. <--description-->
