Giselle was very imperssive when you take a moment and look at her. She exhibited everything we wish for in a suri alpaca. She’s had great stretch, bone, confirmation, fleece and presence. Giselle had one of those irrepressible personalities, always coming up to you wanting to know what’s going on. She was a dream to handle, walking onto the scale with no prompting and practically picking up each foot for toe trimming. Her fleece is radiant, ultra-fine and tight pencil locked. Gisselle was an excellent mother, with an abundance of milk, and gave birth effortlessly. Giselle broke her neck in a freak accident. Her last cria is Double Down's Chocolate Chip, born on leap year day, 2/29/08. Chip inherited Giselle's stunningly radiant ultra-fine white fleece.

Description
OH MY! What a beauty! She glistens! "Chip" was born Leap Year Day 2008 at a whopping 18 pounds! If you look closely at her tail you can see where she gets her name. It's just a small "chocolate chip" at the end. “Chip” is a statuesque, shinny, bright white, tightly locked girl whose full fleece is highlighted with brown face freckles, brown bracelets and a “CHOCOLATE CHIP” on the tip of her tail. Her color, stature and stretch are from her sire, Bellborne’s Double Down, a large boned full Peruvian Multi-Colored male out of the incomparable Peruvian Juan. His half sister sold at the 2006 Private Collection auction for $50,000! “Chip’s” dam, JJ GISELLE, had great stretch, bone, confirmation, fleece and presence. She was friendly, easy to handle and had radiant, ultra-fine tight locked fleece, all characteristics that she passed on to “Chip”. Giselle died in a freak accident at the age of 9. “Chip” has been hand raised, is gentle, brave and loves attention.
