Peruvian Macgyver ID# 181450 is a stunning maroon colored herd sire of the Accoyo Bruxo line. This full Peruvian Suri has produced more Champion alpacas than any other alpaca herd sire in the world. He is truly amazing!!!! At the 2003 AAA Futurity Macgyver ‘s offspring placed in 20 classes making him the 2003 “ Herd Sire of The Year”. In 2004 his offspring placed in even more classes than the previous year. He again became the” Herd Sire Of The Year” for the 2nd time. In 2005 he did it again and made history. No other alpaca male has ever won “Herd Sire Of The Year” 3 times . In 2006, guess what? Again Macgyver was the clear winner making him “Herd Sire Of The Year” 4 times. In 2007,2008 and 2009 we are in awe! For the 5th,6th and 7th time, Macgyver, won “Herd Sire Of The Year”. He has 100% Suri offspring and has never produced a Huacaya. Macgyver’s breed fee is $6,000.00, but multiple breed discounts are available and discounts up to 1/2 off for any repeat breedings or if you have purchased an animal from Sierra Bonita. Give us a call.

2010 Reserve Herdsire of the Year

Meadowgate Peruvian Saber

SuriHerdsire (Male)Medium Brown
AOA# 1008791DOB: 1/9/200322 yrs
2010 Colored Reserve Herdsire of the Year! 2011 Futurity Update: Saber's two black offspring representing him at Futurity have taken First Place! Liberator also went on to become the Black Male Reserve Color Champion. Revolution took First Place in her Juvie Class. Way to go, Saber! Saber is a strikingly handsome Full Peruvian male with outstanding definition of locks all the way to the skin. His luster is unbelievable! He is everything you would come to expect from an Accoyo Baron grandson and a Sergeant Major Jax son. He has amazing density and the highly desired slick, cool feel to his fiber. His head is superb, he has great bone as well as leg coverage. This male is a great package of quality, color and pedigree. Take a look at his Certificate! Saber crias are taking the show circuit by storm. His offspring are making their mark in the shows, but also gaining the attention of breeders across the country since they are unrelated to the Bruxo/MacGyver line. This fact allows them great breeding opportunities in the future since their are so many fantastic breeding choices. At Stone Brook Farms we have bred a brown MacGyver daughter to Saber and they have given us a true black with dripping luster, density and coverage - perfect! If you are looking for a Herd Sire that you can cross with your female MacGyver offspring - Saber is both ready and highly capable.

Description

UPDATED: Oct 25, 2011 Cherry just had a gorgeous female!! Watch for pictures coming soon. MacGyver's Peruvian Cherrystone is an amazingly beautiful high lustered and tight locked female. Everything you would expect from a 1/2 accoyo maroon colored suri. She has great bone structure and is going to be tall and square like her dam. She has a great suri head and bloodlines that any breeder would be thrilled to add to their breeding program. She boasts Uribe and Bruxo as Grandsires. It doesn't get much better than that. Cherry competed in her first show on the day she turned 6 months old. She was the youngest in her very tough class of 5 at the 2005 Wisconsin Spring Fling. It was a great group of girls in the ring that day. We are very proud of her and pleased she placed first. Unfortunately the show did not have enough to hold a Color Championship this year. Congrats Cherry! Great start to your show career! Cherry did well at the Futurity in Indianapolis in April 2005. She placed 3rd in her class. Cherry's full brother, "The Lock Smith", placed 1st in his class and then went on to win Color Champion this year at Futurity., MAPACA and Buckeye. In fact, "Lock Smith" has never been beaten. Thier dam, Lachia, is one fine fondation female. At MAPACA, Cherry placed 1st in her Dark Brown Juv. class and then went on to take Brown Color Champion at the largest alpaca show in history. "Locksmith", who is owned by Randy Welman of American Style Farms, and "Cherry" entered Produce of Dam and took first place because of their consistant quality and similar characteristics. These two siblings are amazing standing side by side. Cherry is the dam of Crown Prince Launcelot (Herdsire) as well as the 2009 Black National Re. Champion and Futurity Re. Champion, Saber's Peruvian Black Cherry. Cherry and Saber produced a fawn male in 2009, Stone Brook's Omega by Saber.
