6Peruvian Conan is the real deal and now he is in Oklahoma!! We are proud and excited to have been able to add this male to our herdsire row. Even at almost 14 years old, this male is still fine with a soft hand. He is nice and square and still has fiber coverage all the way to his toes. And, check out picture # 2-do you see any guard hair? He has none on his chest or anywhere else that we can find. THAT, Ladies and Gentlemen, is impressive. Young he is not, but age hasn't slowed his ability to produce amazing cria!! Conan is responsible for producing champions and standouts, like Peruvian Lancaster (right, picture #4), Lord Stanley and countless others. His champion offspring are now producing champions of their own and passing on his legacy of greatness to the future generations. His crias are known for their bright fiber with consisant, well defined crimp and soft, buttery handle, as demonstrated by his 2008 daughter, Fatima (Picture #5). He also passes along his straight, square conformation, think bone, and proud presence. ****News Flash***** CONAN'S 2010 MICRON JUST CAME IN AT 26!! THAT IS AMAZING FOR A 14 YEAR OLD MALE!! Conan is currently spending his summer at Sugartown Farms in New York. Upon his return to Oklahoma, he will be closed for outside breedings. ~Conan is proudly co-owned with Roni and Brad Perkins of Providence Alpaca Farm in Kentucky.

Description

SAMURAI is one of the very last Conan offspring. Conan is the sire of many Champion producing sires including: Lancaster, Kodiak, Black Ice and Lord Stanley. Conan's offspring SAY IT ALL. Conan is well known for siring colored winning bright fleeced crias with well defined consistent crimp and a buttery handle. Conan was known for his lasting fineness - 26 Microns and buttery soft at 14 years of age. Sadly, Conan passed away in 2011. The only way to get his genetics now is through his offspring. SAMURAI is an increasingly rare son of 6P Conan. SAMURAI’s fiber is very long and bright with great crimp and structure. The fleece is dense and breaks open cleanly. He is consistent across his blanket. Conan was known for his lasting fineness - and carried 26 Microns at 14 years of age! SAMURAI is a conformationaly solid young male, showing good presence and temperment. With his pedigree, and his dark color expression in points pallet and skin, SAMURI will be an able color producer.
