"Meg" was born on our farm and has given us 2 cria, both female. Meg's latest cria is taking blue ribbons and Color Championships in the show ring. Meg placed in the show ring as a youngster and still carries nice crimp. Meg is so easy to handle and a pleasure to have in the barn. She birthed both cria with ease and unassisted and her cria grow at an amazing rate indicating she has great milk production. As many of you know a good milking dam is worth her weight in gold. Meg is half Accoyo and bred to National Fleece Color Champion, Dupioni's Gentle Ben, for an October 2011 cria. Nutmeg is co-owned with Hiview Farm Alpacas.

Description

Caravelle is a gorgeous, reddish, dark fawn girl. She is ready to breed. If purchased soon the purchaser will pick the breeding. She has placed in the show ring and will make a wonderful production girl. We will choose a breeding that will add density to her bright, crimpy fleece. Caravelle has a pleasing personality and is quite easy to work with during shot time and toenail trimming. Caravelle would be a great purchase for a new client as well as an experienced alpaca owner. She is 1/4 Accoyo and her lineage includes Vengador and Royal Fawn. She is out of a black sire, Dark Chocolate Cadbury.
