Blossom is a friendly, gorgeous girl with very straight conformation, a lovely stance, and crimpy soft fiber. Blossom's sire is Elever's Balle, an awesome super dense herdsire out of PPeruvian Elever who was Get of Sire at AOBA in 1998, and his maternal grandfather was one of the most sought after Peruvian imports who sold for $105,000 back in 1994 and now lives in Australia. That bloodline is extremely limited here in the states. Those genetics coupled with her highly sought after rose grey color, make Blossom a valuable asset to our breeding program. Blossom was bred to Avatar of Delphi Alpacas for a 2007 cria. Avatar is a color champion many times over, and we were excited to be on his limited outside breeding list. The resulting cria is our Avatar's Keystone of Rockyfield, who has already won his 2 reserve championships in halter and in fleece at the Arkansas Alpaca Adventure! At the Topeka, Ks MAAS show, he won Color Champion of all the dark fleeces!! He then went to A-OK Alpaca Blastoff and won 1st place in his halter class! Blossom's 2008 cria is a beautiful clone of herself! She is a gorgeous rose gray female growing beautifully. Her first cria, Avatar's Keystone of Rockyfield is a COLOR CHAMPION and 2 time Reserve Champion!!

Description

Ruby is a striking classic rose grey. She has a very dense fleece unlike most rose greys and it is very soft handling. She is very much an image of her dam WAA Lady Blossom, but with even more classic markings. Ruby's brother, Avatar's Keystone of Rockyfield is a Color Champion and 2 time Reserve Champion. We showed Ruby at the big MOPACA Invitational Alpaca Show in 03/2010, where she was placed in the indefinite class because the color checkers didn't think they could see enough gray in her fleece. But even though she was in a tough class with alpacas that were white and beige, she came out ok with a 4th place ribbon.

Awards
