WP Black Jewel has given birth to a succession of black crias for Park View Alpacas. We can count on her to produce black every time, be it bay black or true black. Her first cria in 2006, Oprah of PVA, was bay black. Next came Black Tie in 2007, true black with an eye catching white top knot, a la his sire, Diamonte of PVA. In 2008 was The Black Pearl, who sold at the Prestige Auction in 2010. Black Magic was born in 2009. And Bejeweled of PVA, born in 2010, did well in the show ring and then sold at the Prestige Auction in 2011. Black Jewel gave birth to a beautiful black female cria by Balboa, early in November of 2011--Jewelia of PVA. Black Jewel will be rebred to Balboa for a 2012 cria.

We are very pleased and excited to bring this true black herdsire from Park View Alpacas to our Shining Light Suri herd. Black Tie is true black with a white top much like his sire, Diamonte of PVA. His experience in the show ring has made him the gentleman that his name implies. All dressed up and with many places to go! Black Tie has championships of his own, including 2008 GWAS Reserve Black COLOR CHAMPION and 2010 AOBA Nationals Fleece Black COLOR CHAMPION, carrying on the tradition of his illustrious pedigree. His mother, WP’s Black Jewel, is just that: a jewel of a dam who has produced several black, high quality animals who have succeeded in the show ring.
