In the spring of 2008 was Rhinestone's first opportunity to show and did he make good on it! A consistent blue ribbon winner, he was always toward the top of the class. The reason is easy to see. He has his sire's stately and pleasing appearance. His bones are sizeable and his fleece is everywhere on his body. One look at his head and you know instantly that he is a son of Rayo del Sol. His fleece is very uniform and presents a high frequency and moderate amplitude crimp that blinds as it reflects light back to your eye. It is from that reflective brightness that he got his name.
