"GET OF SIRE" Placements 1ST PLACE -- GREEN MOUNTAIN ALPACA FALL SPECTACULAR 2008 (Level IV) Judges - Jude Anderson and Amanda VandenBosch -- Great Quality, Fineness and Density. 2nd PLACE -- MABA 2008 (Level III) Judge - Jill MacLeod - Consistent Fineness and density. 4th PLACE -- VAOBA 2008 (Level IV) Judges - Wade Gease and Kevin O'Leary. Great consistency of micron and density. SEACREST HAS SIRED FOUR ROSE GREY OFFSPRING WITH DENSE, CRIMPY FLEECE!! Seacrest is a beautiful dense, crimpy white male. We have selected Seacrest for our breeding program because of his genetic background, including Bueno from his Dam and on his sire's side he sports genetics from the Dom Alamir and Yupanqui lines. His sire Pacifica's d'Peruvian Pachenga consistently produces show-ring winning animals, passes his excellent fleece and conformation charactaristics to his off spring and has the ability to blend his white accoyo genes with the color genes of the Dam and produce excellent results. Seacrest has continued to amaze us with the beautiful cria that are now on the ground. He has a wide range of color, the majority being rose gray. He has only sired one white cria, and that was when bred to white, all others have been amazing colors with AMAZING fleece characteristics. To top it all off, he is a multi champion performance alpaca! Not available for outside breedings.

Description

"Finest Fleece in the class", "Best fiber in the class", "Soft handle, fine fleece" ... these are a sampling of the Judges comments as Sea Admiral has taken command of the Fall 2008 show scene. His first show this year was one day after his first birthday, with stunning results. He placed 1st in his class at VAOBA and then took the RESERVE CHAMPIONSHIP. At Empire and Green Mountain he has placed at the top of his class and will be a force to reckon with. Soft, dense, luxurious fiber, which is consistent throughout, exhibiting a very high frequency/ medium amplitude style, with great density and uniformity of micron. Take a look at his SD and CV numbers in his histogram. Talk about uniform! He has a beautifully fully fleeced correct head style, perfect bite and large, even testicles. Along with his gentle temperment he is a true joy to behold. Admiral has a strong presence and will make a nice addition to any herd looking to add some proven color genetics. With Yupanqui, Bueno, Don Juan and Leon he is hard to beat. Check out the royalty in his lineage. Sea Admiral helped his herdsire Seacrest win numerous Get of Sire awards such as: 1ST PLACE -- GREEN MOUNTAIN ALPACA FALL SPECTACULAR 2008 (Level IV) Judges - Jude Anderson and Amanda VandenBosch -- Great Quality, Fineness and Density. 2nd PLACE -- MABA 2008 (Level III) Judge - Jill MacLeod - Consistent Fineness and density. 4th PLACE -- VAOBA 2008 (Level IV) Judges - Wade Gease and Kevin O'Leary. Great consistency of micron and density. His maternal brother Orion's Nebula is a working herdsire at Limerick Hill in NY , also a multi blue ribbon winner. His paternal brother Sea Voyager is working at Six Paca Farm in Conn. This herdsire is co-owned with Todd Gruenhagen and Theresa Reyes-Stassel of Hagen Heights Alpaca Farm.
