Calypso gave us our first female cria - TS Sandy, and also our largest cria - Goliath, who weighed over 28 pounds at birth! She is a good mom and always has plenty of milk for her babies. A precocious breeder, she gave birth to her first baby when she was 22 months old (it was a big surprise to us!), just when we were getting ready to arrange her first breeding! We love Calypso's glossy true-black suri fiber. Calypso has a very friendly disposition, always the first in line for a treat. She is easy to breed and there is never any question about her receptivity. She just gave us a beautiful Silver Threads baby in 2010 a light silver gray female - Grayce - a gorgeous blue-ribbon winning girl. Calypso has a beautiful rose gray female cria at side, born this summer (2011) Calypso is bred back to Silver Threads for a 2012 cria. <--description-->
