Don Caballero is a full Peruvian 1/2 Accoyo son of Royal Peruvian Valor, grandson of full Accoyo Ppperuvian Royal Fawn. His dam is an Accoyo Victor daughter. Caballero received a 1st place blue ribbon and Reserve Color Champion Fleece at Alpaca Mania in 2004. He has beautiful fine and crimpy fleece. Unfortunaltly, I have not been able to bring him to a show so I don't have recent show stats but check out his fiber stats at 5 years old! Description

Lily is a beautiful beige alpaca. Her fleece is soft, fine and lusterous ('bright') with lovely crimp, organized into distinct bundles-all highly desireable fiber traits. Strong and correct, Lily was born to a maiden female that had no trouble delivering her and made plenty of milk. Her maternal granddam was also a tremendous producer, and since these traits are highly heritable, we expect the same from Lily when she has crias of her own. Lily's sire is our own Don Cabellero. Check out the photo of his fleece! He is 'half Accoyo' and a grandson of Royal Fawn and Victor=two of the very best alpacas ever imported under the Accoyo name. Don Cabellero's grandams both came from highly selective breeding programs that are known for fine fleeses: Sollocota and the Royal Alianza.
