R'AlpacaLand's Accoyo Angelo is a very handsome beige, full Accoyo male with beautiful fleece. His sire is the legendary EL NINO'S ACCOYO MICHELANGELO! Michelangelo is a colored full Accoyo with an incredible histogram at 1 year (AFD 16.5m,SD 3.2m, CV 19.4%, %>30 0.3%). Skin biopsy results by Dr. Norm Evans have revealed his BEST-EVER recorded follicle density for an alpaca at 107 follicles/sq mm and an S/P ratio of 13.28/1! Like his sire, Angelo has correct conformation with thick, strong bones. He has wonderful density, nice brightness and a very long staple length. Angelo's fleece exhibits a beautiful crimp with excellent fleece coverage traveling down through his toes. He has a medium frequency crimp that is very fine. His sire is famous for producing all colors, even grays and that is a strong possibility for Angelo'. His first cria is a beautiful medium fawn. We are awaiting a cria by him out of a true black Snowmass Midnight Magic dam, and we can't wait to see what this breeding produces! Angelo has a sweet mellow personality and is a joy to be around.
