Service Sire: S & L Peruvian The Teflon Don

Teflon Don (TD) is producing grey and black when bred to fawn! His cria have all been born with beautiful crimp, straight strong bone structure, gorgeous heads, and excellent conformation. To date, 90% are female. We are thrilled with the cria TD is producing!
TD appears to be a solid true black, but with closer examintion you discover he is a uniform, very dark silver grey, a "modern grey." TD's fleece has an exceptionally long staple with a very soft hand, and a uniform high frequency crimp. His coverage is TOTAL, extending down to his toes. TD is maintaining his architecture as he ages as is seen in his four year fleece picture.
TD is a gorgeous macho male with a beautiful, yet masculine face. His eyes are large, dark, and curious. TD's conformation and bite are flawless. TD has massive bone structure, with straight legs.
TD comes from an impressive ancestory (of primarily true blacks). His lineage includes one of THE most influential true black males ever imported; 4Peruvian Matador. He also carries Dom Timbo, and CPeruvian Silvino in his background! His True Black dam is a 2X Color Champion who passes that on to all of her offspring. The animals in TD's lineage are known for CONSISTENTLY producing CHAMPIONS! TD was always high in the ribbons in every show he entered.
TD was an early breeder, settling females at 18 months. He continues to "do the job" in one short breeding. TD is BVDV negative.<--description-->
Brittney is sired by the famous Mr. Roosevelt that has produced some outstanding blue ribbon winners as well as champions in black, rosegray, silvergray and mahogany red. Brittney captures everyone's heart when they meet her. An incredible mother with an abundance of milk for her crias. She is expecting a S&L Peruvian The Teflon Don cria in 2011! Britney has both black and grey on both sides of her heritage; therefore, we are excited to see this color combination. TD is producing black and grey even when bred to fawn. We are anticipating color, great bone structure, and fleece character in this cria.
NEWSFLASH - Brittney's 2010 cria just took a 2nd at the Minnesota Alpaca Expo.
Although we would love to keep Brittney as a foundation female, we need to move some animals since we are breaking at the seams.
All females sell with a breeding to one of our WDA's herdsires - a 3 in 1 package.
