Miss Desi is a fine fleeced Peruvian girl and an excellent producer. She has good conformation and nice fleece but not the density and “eye appeal” to be considered "show quality". Desi has the sought-after rich chestnut brown (maroon) color. All of her cria have been brown, black or grey with above-average fineness. Desi herself maintains a 22 micron uniform fleece at 5 years of age and several years of breeding. Desi can be a handful during herd health and shearing, so we prefer to sell her to an experienced farm.
