SuriHerdsire (Male)Dark Brown
AOA# 31217965DOB: 3/15/200816 yrs
Antonio carries some of the finest genetics in the country. He is 5/8 Accoyo with Cantano, Uribe, Montoyo/Ramilo lines. We first spotted him at the 2009 Futurity and knew he would be an incredible addition to our program. He has nice density, consistent wave-to-twist lock structure, exceptional coverage, fineness, and radiant luster. Antonio quickly proved us right. His first cria are thrilling their proud owners and when you see one you will have no doubts as to value of adding his genetics to your herd. The very first Antonio cria to arrive, Andean Vista's Shoshanna took first and Color Champion at the Buckeye last year. His light cria can even compete with any herdisre out there and his dark cria are to die for. He has thrown color from white, and even produced black out of brown. Antonio makes an excellent outcross for all the premier colored bloodlines in the country like MacGyver, Shavano and Mahogany Prince/Diamonte. Antonio's is not open to outside breedings, however we have some of his amazing offspring for sale and females that are bred to Antonio available for purchase as well.

WRSR Peruvian Mardi Gras

SuriBred (Female)White, Dark Fawn
AOA# 30694873DOB: 8/15/200717 yrs
Undefeated Mardi Gras is out of 3P Divine Duchess, a super slick and high luster import from the Antacalla region of Peru and 1/2 Accoyo Dark Fawn Accoyo Joselo son, Jimbobway. Mardi Gras was entered in two level five shows and left with two Color Championships. Placing behind Mardi at these shows were the Futurity and National Champions. Mardi Gras' fleece exhibits high luster with a drapey, slick feel. Her narrow locks are perfectly uniform across her body, in both lock type and color and an elite 19.7 micron on her fleece. Her conformation is exquisite! She is very straight with a beautiful topline, strong, heavy bone, and beautiful proportions. She has everything you could want as a production dam, and it shows up in the quality of her cria. Her 2010 cria, So So Peruvian Taylor Made is the finest fleece cria we've seen and catches the eyes of all who see her with her curly top knot and beautiful presence. Undefeated Mardi Gras is now breeding to our 2011 National Black Male Suri Color Champion, GLR Blackout, for a fall 2012 cria. Blackout is closed to outside breedings a Mardi Gras will have one of his first few cria to hit the ground.

GLR Blackout is a son of 2010 Herdsire of the Year, Shavano, and GLR Amelita, the dam of National Champion, GLR Kolaqua. Blackout at his very first show earned MAPACA Color Champion and Judge's Choice male, the first black male to earn a Judge's Choice in five years. He then went on to become the National Black Suri Male Champion, all by just 1 year of age. Blackout has that fine, super dense, consistent lock we admire from Shavano. He has striking presence, proportion, conformation, and a deep, colorful pedigree of Shavano, Condor, and Alita. GLR Blackout has no MacGyver genetics so he can be bred to any MacGyver daughters!

Bred to GLR Blackout

Description

Full Peruvian and half Accoyo with a beautiful, dark reddish brown fleece, Chelsea clearly shows the prepotency of her sire, Montoyo's Antonio. Out of a white and fawn multi-colored dam, Antonio threw a cria that looks so much like him, that we can barely tell him and Chelsea apart. Chelsea carries suri lines from Cantano & Ramilo (both deceased), an exciting combination of dark color, high luster, great density and excellent lock structure. Chelsea's dam, was undefeated in the shows. Mardi Gras took Color Champion at two level five shows, in front of the National and Futurity champions all at just 8 months of age. Chelsea is an exciting female, with all that color and no MacGyver, she is the first cria out of her blue ribbon winning sire, Antonio, who is closed to outside breedings. Very unique genetics, high quality, and will be bred this spring to black national champion, GLR Blackout.
