SuriHerdsire (Male)Medium Rose Grey
AOA# 1165951DOB: 8/19/200420 yrs
Silver Shadow’s Zion is a beautiful Medium Rose Grey suri male just beginning his herdsire career. He has two generations of gray on his sire’s side and the rose comes from his dam’s brown genetics. Together they have created what is sure to be a winning hersire for a grey herd on the rise. Strong luster, solid lock, great size (212Lbs) and confirmation are only a few of his attributes. With crias on the ground he has proven to pass on his gray genetics. Silver Shadow’s boys have been doing well in the showring. Talk about passing on traits. As of 11/1/10 Zion has recorded 5 cria on the the ground. THREE ARE ROSE GREY. The mares were rose grey, beige, and dark brown. Of the thriee crias born this fall two are tuxedo, one female that is medium rose grey (Fem Fatale) and a light rose grey male (Segovia). The third cria is a pretty light brown that we refer to as Mocha brown, thus her name Mocha! Mocha! All beautiful, strong, straight, and shiny. If your looking for Rose Grey this is your Herdsire!

Extreme luster, strong configuration and a girl destined to generate color can be a producer for many years to come. Early September Catrina delivered a gorgious Medium Rose Gray female sired by our own Silver Shadows Zion ( not included in her current price). Femme Fatale has a perfect tuxedo coloration with a strong white bib and face. Her Rose Gray fleece is soft and luxurious with deep strong color. Description

The most rare of all alpacas…Medium Rose Grey Suri Kobe granddaughter! Wow! Femme Fatale is a gorgeous classic tuxedo Medium Rose Grey with the most fabulous coloration of fleece. The virgin fleece is a rich silver grey at the skin and turns into a medium rose brown out to the tips. So beautiful! I see other animals on line that label their color as MRG but its not like this. This distinctive coloration is so rare. The lock is tight and pencil thin all the way to the skin with luster to spare. Femme is a very straight girl with exceptional confirmation down to her straight legs. When visitors come to the ranch they all tell us that Femme is their favorite and the one they want to take home. Femme is the second cria out of Catrina of PVA. Catrina was sired by the Supreme Champion and multiple national blue ribbon winner Kobe of PVA. Kobe is probably the finest true black male fathered by the infamous PVA Mahogany Prince. Femme’s sire is our own Rose Grey Silvers Shadow’s Zion. Zion has proven his ability to pass on his rose grey coloration and his strong confirmation. NEWS ALERT - Femme just arrived home from the Southwest Regional Alpaca Show with a BLUE RIBBON ! To summarize the judge " She'll be more perfect when she grows up!" NEWS ALERT - Femme came home from the International Alpaca Odyssey with a Second in class. Basically the same comments as last week but "She needs to grow up". She was the youngest in the class.
