SuriHerdsire (Male)Medium Fawn
AOA# 170501DOB: 10/13/1996
The great breeding of this full Peruvian herdsire (Elar on his sire's side and Aureo on his dam's) shows through. In the show ring, judges commented on his magnificent presence and luster you could see from across the ring. Lots of luster and lock formation with excellent conformation – that’s Peach Boy’s crias, too! In addition to his crias listed below under progeny (RFSS Peaches, RFSS I'm A Peach [sold for $49,500 in the 2003 AOBA Auction], RFSS Peach Melba, RFSS Catalyst, RFSS Peach Truffles, and RFSS Peruvian Hershey), Peach Boy's award-winning offspring have also included Suri del Sol, First Place, Southern Select 2003, and Third Place, 2003 AOBA National Alpaca Show; RFSS Peach Perfection, First, 2005 MaPaca Jubilee; RFSS Peach Princess, Third, 2005 MaPaca Jubilee (in the same class with Perfection); Grayson, Fourth Rose Gray, 2004 AOBA National Alpaca Show; and RFSS Peruvian Bellagio, First, Southern Select 2007. We continue to offer outside breedings to this exceptional herdsire who puts his stamp on his crias, but, now that we have his son, RFSS Peruvian Hershey, producing exceptional crias for us as well, we are finally willing to sell Peach Boy. After more than 25 years in the fiber animal business (10 with sheep and over 15 with alpacas), we are retiring from farming. This is your opportunity to own a part of one of the industry's most successful suri breeding programs. Everything and anything goes! All our prices have been reduced 50% or more.

Description

This full Peruvian white herdsire proved he was ready to go to work at an early age -- we gave him two girls, and he settled both of them with just one breeding each, going to work like an old pro. Tal is an awesome male, with great presence and lots of coverage of lustrous, well-locked white suri fiber. That's not surprising since he is a Peach Boy son. His dam is a daughter of the well-known 4Peruvian Inca Hoots, now deceased. Tal might be just what your suri herd needs if you are looking to improve on lock, luster, coverage, density, and conformation. Breeding fee: $1,500. Financing of Tal's purchase price is available for up to one year, with at least 20% down and monthly payments at 4% interest, or a cash discount is available. Tal is also available as part of a package with Sunmaid, Peg's Jasmine, Kittery, and Orono. They are all owned by our customer, Nikki Varney, who had to move suddenly from Georgia to Pennsylvania, and Nikki has asked us to board and sell her entire herd.
