Bronze Mahogany

SuriHerdsire (Male)Dark Fawn
AOA# 31430234DOB: 7/14/200816 yrs
We are proud to have purchased ownership in the 2009 AOBA Nationals Fawn Reserve Color Champion male! Bronze respectfully won this honor in a very competitive championship class of 40 qualifying combined fawn males-including light fawn-an impressive feat worth mentioning. His extremely long staple length and independence of lock would give the best of whites a run for their money. Opening up Bronze's fleece is a suri breeders dream-you'll find stunning greasy luster, density, and fineness that will no doubt blow your mind. Genetics like his are no accident. When you start with the the top half of his ARI you'll see his sire El Pacacola (who is producing some dynamite crias), then to Peruvian Protocol and directly to 4Peruvian Meteor-all brown influential males. On the bottom side notice Besa, she's a PPeruvian Amador (Austrailian full Accoyo herdsire) daughter! That's right-Bronze Mahogany is closely related to Pucara Kahuna: The Futurity 2009 Suri Light/White Herdsire of the Year and 2008 Reserve Light/White Herdsire of the Year! Bronze Mahogany is sure to make an impact in a variety of breeding programs. We look forward to breeding him to our MacGyver girls since the first cria on the ground are more impressive than we expected. In fact, Bronze's first cria, Bronze Idol recently took 1st place and Color Champ in a highly competitive brown class at MOPACA 2012. Bronze's skin biopsy and histogram are available upon request. Bronze Mahogany is proudly co-owned with Dos Donas and Salt River Alpacas. Contact us today for information on some great introductory rates and multiple purchase discounts.

She is a proven producer and is the dam of Havana Marquis (True Black male sired by Platinum Marquis) and Margot (Dk. Fawn appy female sired by Seattle Mist). Her first cria, Havana Marquis, took 4 first place ribbons in 2007-08! He is now a herdsire at McCracken Point Ranch in WA. Margot has placed at several of the Midwest shows. Ramona is a proven producer of appy's, greys, and all around high-quality offspring. Ramona would make an excellent addition for a farm striving to improve/establish a grey program.
