UPDATE: Madison just gave birth to a beautiful bay black male with white on his face and feet. His fleece is very fine and lusterous. He walks the pastures like he is the big man of the farm. Madison was produced lots of color in her crias when bred to color.
This girl is awesome. Madison is an excellent full Peruvian, proven female. Before entering the breeding program, Madison won the BLUE Ribbon at the 2002 BIG E Show and the RED Ribbon at the 2002 New England Coastal Classic.
Her fleece offers bright luster, is cool to the touch, and maintains it's lock shearing after shearing. She is a wonderful mother - attentive, protective and having ample milk.
With her high quality, Madison allows her owner plenty of choices when choosing a service sire. Madison has produced color when bred to color, as evidenced by her 2005 brown female cria. Or when bred to white, Madison produces white, as she did with her 2006 female cria. Her 2007 female cria was beige, sired by the dark fawn herdsire, Saint Jude. Madison produced a male cria in 2008, with excellent conformation, brillant luster, and outstanding locks.
